Some codepage issue with non-latin characters in forum/topic name

I forgot to mention that it's was discovered in FF 16.0.2 and Google Chrome 22.

problem also happens with symbols like "TM" or (c) in the breadcrums / title
go to the top level MWO pages and you can see it.....

guys the link text should not be URL encoded !!! only the actual href needs that.

It's a bug in the breadcrumb system. It's on the slate to get fixed. Thanks though!
