Does anyone know what this error is? I keep getting it, both in game and before game.

***memory allocation for XXXXXXX bytes failed***

If someone could help i would really appreciate it. :P

I am having the same issue. Primarily when launching into a battle. Which concerns me as it may look like I am suiciding...!

Texturing is a problem. I could tweak all other settings without problems, but this one would crash when set on high or very high. Try low or medium and see if it helps.

I also had this problem when I was using my on chip graphics (i5-3570k). fixed completely when I upgraded to a proper graphics card with 1 gig ram. so if you are using onboard you might want to try messing with the memory settings for it in bios. interesting to hear if anyone using a 1-2 gig card gets this, or you all have 500 meg cards...

I believe the problem is that windows reserves a certain amount of memory for itself and the game is trying to use that memory but cant because windows has it locked down.

I had a problem with memory allocation errors and this fixed it for me:

Go to your command prompt and run as administrator.
At the command prompt, type "bcdedit /set IncreaseUserVa 3072"

Hey guys did some fiddling and found that i needed to set my graphics setting for the game a tad lower than what was set. It works like a charm now

Cheers all :)
