I have trouble selecting a "house"
everytime i select the house i would like to join, "it takes" me directly to my account "country/email/password" section ... is it because im like 1 week old new player, or?

I have trouble selecting a "house"

unfortunately it seems the faction selection page is broken ATM. hopefully this will get fixed soon
luckily house selection is only limited to the forums (for now), so there is no negative affect on the game

It's currently broken.
Note that factions do not affect the game in any way (you do not even get your house icon in-game); the only thing you're missing is the forum portrait.
