Sometimes the paper doll does not update upon death. This results in the doll showing as orange when the 'mech sustains large amounts of damage resulting in a kill

Steps to Reproduce
1. Boot the game.
2. Login to the game.
3. Launch a match.
4. Receive large amounts of damage to torso.
5. Observe on death the paper doll does not update.

Notes
This issue may result in the player being given the impression that they have died while still holding structural health.

Workarounds
Avoid receiving massive damage.
