Gauss Rifle range has no minimum.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Boot the game.
2. Login to the game.
3. Select a Mech equipped with a Gauss Rifle.
4. Launch a match.
5. Fire on enemy Mechs from different ranges.
6. Observe no range limitations.

Notes
None.

Workarounds
None Known, (Niko says, Run in a serpentine fashion).
