While firing certain weapons, firing is delayed on shots.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Boot the game.
2. Login to the game.
3. Select any Mech with a ballistic weapon or flamer or PPC.
4. Launch a match.
5. Fire weapon.
6. Observe the weapon does not fire immediately on click.

Notes
Occurs with AC weapons, Gauss, Machine Gun, PPC, ERPPC, and Flamer.

Workarounds
None Known (Niko says: Learn gun-fu.)
