Players installing the game on a Windows 8 PC will need to manually install DirectX 9.0c before installation or the installation will stop with an error.

Steps to Reproduce
1. On a Windows 8 PC, run the Installer.
2. Observe Error Messaging.

Notes
Error message reads: "The program can’t start because XINPUT1_3.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."
