Chat window clears and disappears from view if left open when the player is killed.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Boot the game.
2. Login to the game.
3. Launch a match.
4. Open the chat window.
5. Get destroyed.
6. Observe chat window.

Notes
This affects other aspects of HUD, preventing the player from opening Results

Workarounds
Pressing T twice will restore the chat window.
