Today i saw Cicada with pure white mech skin... how to get it?

This is the 2nd sighting of a white mech skin today. Thus far no one seems to know how to get it(if we even can). Some people have suggested it might be a dev playing around with it.

Sounds like a material/texture wasn't loading for you, or it was slow to load.

Did you catch the name of the pilot? It seems there are rumours of employees taking custom-painted mechs out for a spin in public server. Another possibility is a missing texture file, which would leave the mech(or parts of the mech) a blank gray.

Take a screenshot next time!

The ability to paint your mech is coming soon, and there will be paint options for both MC and C-bills.

Didnt know that its something unusual .. just thought about one more promotional camo variant... And no.. its not texture load bug...

Someone posted a screenshot earlier today showing the white & green skin. Didn't look like a texture problem, in fact it looked like a rather nice cammo pattern that someone's showing off.

This picture http://static.mwomer...F90B35EEFCA.jpg is a sneak peek dev screenshot that was shown a few weeks ago. Have not yet seen any actual in-game screenshots showing custom camo or snow camo.

It looked really good, should have taken a screeny.
