Occasionally the player is able to capture their own base.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Boot the game.
2. Login to the game.
3. Launch a match.
4. Observe instant base capture on self.

Notes
Occurs on Frozen City

Workarounds
None Yet (Don't stall in your own capture zone at match start.)
