...give us an urbanmech bobblehead :D They could make one where the whole torso and arm assembly bounces up and down on the legs.

But wouldn't it be awesome to have an urbanmech bobblehead in your urbanmech?

If they ever actually implement the UM, I want that thing's cockpit to be positively palatial There should be a full kitchen, shower, and king-size bed in that bad boy.

Its good to see I am not the only one disappointed when I am forced to take a raven with an AC20 and small laser with JJ's and pretend I'm in an urbanmech.

They should release the Urban Mech as an April Fools joke.

I have been asking for this for a long time. I hope they do it.

I know this is going to be heretical, but I want a 35-tonner with a ballistic and missile hard point to recreate the Hackman from Mechassault :D

Would an Urbie be good in this game? Probably not.
Would I get one? Of course!
Would I buy a bobblehead for my cockpit? Of ******* course!!!

This really what you want them to do? They will give you a bobblehead and say, "There, you got it. Ya happy"?

What will happen if they actually implement the Urbie? Everyone will realise it's pretty rubbish and we can't use the forums for a week because of the most intense whining ever.
So yeah, bobblehead it's for me, please.

Well, their artists seem to be able to put out bobbleheads pretty quickly, and IMO the urbanmech is a very marginal design anyways, that would not really benefit the game. But, I'd *love* to have a bobblehead that actually feels like something from the BT universe.

I love this idea, and it's so obvious in hindsight! It's body shape is absolutely perfect to bobble about.

If we got the bobblehead and later got an actual Urbanmech, we could put the bobblehead in the urbanmech...

Urbanception!

I can't be bothered to look it up, but someone asked for an urbanmech in one of the 'ask the devs' things, and the response was something along the lines of "if you could only make one mech per month, would that one be on your list?" To which many people responded "Yes!"

I understand the sentiment behind his response, though. They can only put so many in the game and they need to round out the roster right now. The urbie is a highly specialized mech, and not something that we'd see on the first pass of mech designs.

Its very likely we'll see it, I think, just because of the demand, but we won't see it until after all the bases are covered first.

This isn't meant as an insult, but as a serious question. Can someone give me a legitimate reason why they like the Urbanmech? It seems it would be so useless in MWOs current implementation. Because no offense, but this looks like its going the way of My Little Pony... where people "like" it because its the cool thing to do. :P

Then there will be blood.

Seriously though, maybe if we ever do reach the mythical two 'Mechs a month perhaps we will see it.

BT players liking the Urbanmech is like hipsters liking fixed-gear bicycles. They don't know *why* they're supposed to like them, as they have qualities that make them inferior to other mechs/bikes, but they simply know that liking them is the cool thing to do :P
