Could you post this in your native tongue so I can use google translate to figure out what you're talking about?

4/mbs is the speed ie bandwidth capacity of your connection that is all well and good.
However im guessing from the above post your playing from Russia, not much you can do to improve your ping, distance, network carriage will play big parts.

I think he is asking how much network traffic (i.e. bandwidth) the game consumes.
Here is graph of the traffic going through my firewall as I played the game all day yesterday, Saturday:

Notice the average outbound was 0.12 Mbps. Not bad.
Ignore the gray, wan-out-pass from Sunday morning. That was my online backup running.

Knowing this, the OP's internet connection should, in theory, be sufficient to play the game.

First thing to do would be to make sure nothing else is using the Internet, on other networked computers or the gaming machine itself, while you play the game.

Some claim that using a different DNS server (Google?) can help lower one's ping. It's worth a shot, but I'm skeptical it will help much.

Hope this helps.

Hey, I checked out the filtered traffic of the game using a fifteen minute period during which I had two (shortish!) games and some quick tweaking around in mechlab. The traffic was roughly 17 kilobytes/second, translating to around 60 megabytes/hour or 483 megabits/hour.

Don't think there's a need for that, it was quite clear question.
