[Idea] Jump Jets Balance

--the jump jets should be linked to engine size.
--each engine can only support a certain tonnage <-(this word is important) of jump jets --regardless of what mech the engine is mounted to.
--the weight of the individual jump jets would be scaled with the weight of the mech that they are equipped on.
--all jump jets regardless of size would provide the same addition to max jump height.

example:
a jenner with a 260 engine and 1/2ton JJ would be allowed twice as many jump jets and as a result twice as much jump height as a catapult with the same 260 engine and 1ton jump jets.
