Basically, you send an email to Support@mwomercs.com with all of the information including the names of players and Mechs involved, the time/date of the match, the map, a full description of what happened including text chats, and if possible a screenshot of the activity.
Threads intended to name people and publicly defame them are not allowed on the forums, as outlined here: http://mwomercs.com/...-shame-threads/
