These custom-built modes would appear in the "Game Modes" list. With MS Paint, I have created a screenshot reflecting what the additions to the UI might look like:

Under this system, players would be able to pay 10,000 MC to permanently create their own variant of any existing game mode (assault, conquest, or any other future modes). Existing custom game modes could be edited for 3,500 MC, for those occasions when the player wants to change things in a mode without purchasing a brand new mode completely.
If a player chooses plain 'Conquest', then they (and any associated group) can be placed into any convenient conquest match - including someone else's custom conquest match. This custom match might occur on a preset map, or it might not be an 8 vs 8 match. Such players could easily find themselves in a 15 vs 15 match, or a 2 vs 2 match with respawns enabled.
In the case of groups, the group leader's choice of game mode (including custom modes) would be chosen for the group at large.
I don't particularly want to make the game rain C-bills. I don't really want premium time, I already have a founders' mech, and the hero mechs don't interest me in the slightest. Aside from paint and cockpit vanity items, the game has nothing I want to monetize.
Give me the capability to run 2 vs 2 PUG's without ever ending up on River City Night, and I will do the following:

I will fiercely and viciously monetize the game, if you give me something worth monetizing.
