I feel a bit stupid for even asking this question, since the whole process is being explained pretty extensive. But I'm just gonna go for it. Today I felt like redeeming my free day of premium time, so I went to the website, clicked the banner but there is no premium time I can see added to my account. So different sources tell me I have to click a certain button in my gameclient, but there is none I can seem to find. Question: Am I being stupid (if so, someone please tell me where the button should be and slap me) or is there something I forgot?

Okay, I don't have that button. At least I wasn't that stupid. Still leaves the question why the button is missing oô

Did you click the 'add time' in the penny arcade promo thing? It should show up if you do.

If not, maybe it's broken, or the event ended.

If the event would have ended, they would have removed the banner, wouldn't they?

Restart the game, it will only appear after you login anew.

When you are logged in and visit http://mwomercs.com/pennyarcade#btn do you see a huge "THANK YOU - ENJOY YOUR PREMIUM TIME!" button on the website? If this is the case and you do not see it in the client, this indeed is a support issue.

Yep, I see the "Thank you" banner and all. I guess something must have went wrong somewhere...

For Existing Users
1. [color="#b27204"]Login[/color] to this website (if you are not logged in already).
2. Click the REDEEM button below.
3. Login to the game and your Premium Time will be immediately and automatically granted.

Did you play a match and check the rewards? They may have changed it to automatic so you can't bank the time. I'm curious too, as I'm about to grind an alt account today.

Yes, I tried that. No extra rewards. Kinda sucks, because I wanted to farm as well :wub:

Looks like a support issue. I just checked my alt account, and it still has an 'activate' button to the right of the 'add time' button.

Any word from support on this? I'm filling a ticket now as well. Tried redeeming it on my alt account, and the exact same issue.

Cool...you're not farming yet right? It would be a shame to waste the cadet bonus without premium time. Filed a ticket as well.

Cadet bonus is gone long ago and I don't really want to go into the whole alt-account thing (yet)

There is no activate button for this, when you get it, it starts right away (as I got this one day of time also). the activate button is for FOUNDERS ONLY, for the time we were given for founding. Any time you purchase / get now is activated immediately. So for example, if you activated this on Saturday, but didn't play until today, you lost that time as you had 1 day from saturday to sunday.

or if you just did this, log out, wait some time for systems to catch up, and you should have your 1 day, but it would start counting down immediately.

Well, I redeemed it today and even without the "activate"-button, I should get the premium-bonusses, which I do not. There is no premium time displayed in my client.

Fresh account. Penny Arcade redeemed 7:00AM CST. Second match. I of course, couldn't screen the first match, as my client crashed halfway through the match...go figure.

Odd then, that my non-founder alt account has an activate button, which it did not have before I did the penny arcade thing.
