In the Pilot Trees section of the Pilot Lab, if the player attempts to unlock a module that has more than one rank (Target Decay 0/2) while having enough GXP to afford the first rank but not the second, it can be observed that the user will be unable to make the purchase.

Steps to Reproduce
0. Boot the game.
1. Login to the game.
2. Open the Pilot Tree
3. Unlock both Target Decays
4. Observe the GXP actual cost against what is presented

Notes
EXAMPLE:
Target Decay 1/2 = charged 5000 GXP = requires 7500 GXP
Target Decay 2/2 = charged 7500 GXP = requires 7500 GXP

Workarounds
Acquire more GXP. (Niko says, "Not enough experience for the module, not enough module for the experience...darn catch-22s.")
