Hello Mechwarriors,

Whether you are new to MWO or just wanting to learn more to become a better player, for PUGing or as part of a pre-made, we want to to help teach you!

I have organized several pilots, including myself, with thousands of matches between us, that are willing to give you 1-on-1 training in each chassis and class of 'mech, each role they can play, and how to best build them to make the most of your playstyle.

This will include basic piloting, gunnery, tactics, situational awareness, and communication.

I have pilots from all time zones across North America, a few from Europe, and 1 from Down Under to make scheduling easy.

Please PM me with at least a 2 hour time block with time zone that works best for you if you are interested. You can also add me to your friends list and hit me up when you see me in game.

Please download and install TeamSpeak 3 http://www.teamspeak...page=downloads.
You don't need a microphone, just as long as you can listen.

We are part of the Battleborn Knights http://k21cclan.net but you are not under any obligation to join us.

Experienced pilots (1000+ matches), if you are willing to give at least 2 hours of your time and are interested in being a Mechwarrior Bootcamp Mentor, please PM me and/or post your interest below.

Thank you and good hunting Mechwarriors! :)

Hey Spaceghost, nungunz for Horizon here (we teamed up with House Marik to win the Trial by Fire Tournament sponsored by NGNG).

I'm always interested in helping to train new pilots. Especially those piloting light mechs, snipers, and fast heavies (particularly Dragons).

This is a fantastic initiative. +10.
Unfortunately I'm not skilled enough to be of much use as a tutor, yet. When I am, I'll sign up to help

Now we just need the possibility to load Maps for Training purposes (Or Duels, Clan Trials ...)

I believe we may be getting a training map sometime next month. However, I believe it will only be available offline, but better than nothing.

Just giving this a bump...

And FYI, the pilots I have available to tutor you all scored in the top 2% overall from the Be A Hero Challenge (many much higher). So you would be learning from some of the best pilots in the game. So don't be afraid to reach out to let us help you improve your game and maximize getting your 'mech on!

In fact, after playing with and against many of the top 25 on the leader boards, I am willing to bet you could reach out to them as well and they'd be willing to give you some pointers in your chosen class!

This is a fantastic idea! I've been playing for only about a month now and would love to learn a few tips/tactics to help me in the game. Currently i've been running more of a support role in a medium chassis. I have Teamspeak already, What server are you guys running or do we set something up in game first?

I'm still game. I didn't play the tourny/event/'elo boost sham'/whatever-you-call-it as I had prior obligations, but still open to help out.

Hey, I'm new to the game (though not new to battletech as a franchise) and I'm interested in trying to figure out how to get this game under my thumb. I'm most interested in playing the heavy to assault class mechs because my playstyle in most games ultimately comes down to taking boatloads of damage and slugging it out. Plus the faster mechs are INCREDIBLY difficult for me to control at this point. I'm open for any kind of advice I can get to help me control these things.

I'm hanging out in Comstar NA's Education Channel (Teamspeak) right now if you want to jump in.

Also, to anyone else, if I'll hangout in the the Comstar NA education channel with the tag [INST] the next few weeks.
