My Aim Flicks To A Different Place When Shooting

At first I believed it to be my mouse being flicked accidentally as it happened infrequently. Recently it is happening much more often and is clearly an issue with the game as I can tell my mouse is steady as a rock. I have even tried a different mouse.
I believe it is related to shooting after making a torso turn to the left or right. As that is when it happens. Possibly a lag issue.
To reproduce swing your aim left or right and then fire and sometimes your aim will swing back the direction you swung from. Possibly need to have some form of lag at the time or high ping, I'm not sure, I usually have around 100-120 ping so I certainly wouldn't expect something that drastic.

Still very annoying and quite unplayable when it happens.

I've not seen the problem recently, however. But then again, I've not played on the light mechs since I'm trying to reach master on all my 3 HBKs.
Do you guys happen to have Logitech SetPoint software with Logitech unifying receiver wireless mouse/trackball? If memory serves me correctly, uninstalling the SetPoint software might have fixed it for me - I'll double check on it this weekend...

This happens in the Illya alot I am presuming that its because it has arms but never did this before. Only the Circle reticle would move over once my center torso reticle met the limit.
This has really fubared my aiming ability.

It's a latency issue, if my ping is steady it's fine but sometimes it goes from 120 to 180 and back and I get this. My ping to local sites is always a steady 22ms.

My ping is still stable at between 250-280ish from Australia, but after reading this topic and seeing all the near and far locations im beginning to think that this is not location related.
It must be server/patch related, ive only been getting it for a week or 2, but the last 2 days have been unplayable.

Sent email to support and they requested some info about my system, connection etc. which I sent. Andnow they are telling me that my connection is working right, according to my location.
THAT is not true. I play MWO since open beta released and never had this issue, neither my 4 friends with different internet providers.
