Nestled within a coastal valley, River City, ravaged by war, is the first urban setting for MechWarrior Online.

A valley of acidic haze and caustic heat, be prepared to watch your step and avoid the many sources of heat around the map.
FROZEN CITY
What once was the city center of a thriving metropolis is now an barren and lifeles wasteland. Expect limited visibility and wildly unpredictable weather.
FROZEN CITY NIGHTFOREST COLONY
Situated on a coastal inlet, this largely unpopulated area features many hills and rocky areas. Bracketed by water and giant hillsides, you will find lots of cover in between the hills and outcroppings of large rock piles.
FOREST COLONY SNOWTOURMALINE DESERT
Tourmaline Desert is a small sun-baked planetoid in a binary star system. The bedrock is largely granite, covered with a thin layer of schist and sporadic veins of liquid sodium.
