Pretty much the only thing that might cause trouble is the use of the "mech" word, though I don't know anything specific about the trademarks surrounding that.

I'm being mildly facetious in posting this...

That said their signature "Mech" bares a uncanny resemblance to a Clan Mech we are very fond of and is FTP.

Sure it's an unbridled homage to Mechwarrior but I can't have an unseen, I'm dragging down any wannabes...
