Project Phoenix/ultimatepay

Howdy.

I am trying to sign up for/pay for Project Phoenix. It says I already have an account, and asks me to sign into Ultimate Pay. When I try to recover my password, it says my email address is not registered.

Same here yesterday. [...email address is not registered.]
Today I tried again. First I got an email with a link to an "unsolvable error". Then I tried a second time and got a 'good' link where I could reset my password (with which I was able to log in).
Funny thing is: I never created an account for 'Ultimate Pay'. Was this account created automatically, when I signed on to MWO?



edit: I tried to write an email @ support@mwomercs.com, but all I got was :
