What's the pilot lab
Ps: and when you go into a battle when the pilot turns on the mech it doesn't show it how do I fix it and I hear it saying reactor online all that

The pilot lab is where you spend XP to unlock skills, as well as where you spend GXP to unlock modules.
Did you turn down the voice volume in the settings? not sure why you're not hearing the start-up sequence.

Click on the Pilot Lab and see!
It takes you to things you can unlock with Experience Points (XP). You can unlock efficiencies for your mechs, such as making them turn faster or run cooler, or you can unlock modules. The thing about modules is that you have to unlock them with General XP, and then go to the menu for Modules to buy them with C-Bills.
How do you fix what? I'm not sure I understand the question, but it might not be fixable.
