1. Change LRMs from Range limit to flight time limit

2. NERF: I use them almost exclusively since I started, but currently too fast. Try about halfway back to previous speed.

3. Because you have changed range to flight time you can now do:
a. variable atmospheric pressure lower = faster acceleration = greater range
This increases map variation, making the same map different for different pressures
b. Alters minimum range to (say 1 second)
c. Module - increase speed 2%
d. Module - improve TAG range
e. Module - increase flight time 2%
f. Module - faster arming - reduce minimum range by 5%

Some Achievements:
William Tell - Get a headshot kill with LRMs (or artillery - that happened TO me)
Make it Rain - Expend 1,000,000 LRMs
Heavy Showers - Expend 2,000 LRMS in a single match
