Different Graphics Settings In-Game Than Mechbay?

I play on lower settings to max performance, but the models are poor in the mechbay screens where I can max graphics and have no problems.

It would be nice to be able to have different graphics settings for in-game and mechbay respectively.

It might be nice, but what game does this now? None of the games I play do. I wonder if it's even possible.
