I know you dont want to spend your hard earned loot, but lets face it, the clans defending the cold, 2 gate map have a great advantage.
If you want to breach the gate and not lose 24 mechs doing so, your going to have to drop arty on the generators, and more of them, now they are buffed.

is that new? im positive they did before the patch.
The one time I tried a CW match since patch the IS had 24 dead before one gate was open. If youre right and they dont damage them, the Boreal map is nothing but a 'lulz' for defending clans.

No, arty never damaged generators... (both the doors and gun)...i tried it first hand on day 1 of CW.

I tried it on the small Gen yesterday

But I use freebies from these challenges so no loss

well i run up and try and get a few shots off and drop arty. with some folks following suit it seemed to work. Too bad i wasted so many cbill i guess.
but thanks for the confirmation, ill probably avoid CW till they figure out the 'balance' they seek.
