Same problem here, if I fire another PPC right after the first, it will always fail to register. I have to wait a good second or so to fire another. As a Warhawk, this is pretty bad.

Unquirked PPCs are like this right now:

PPC's and all other projectile weapons have been doing the "reach around" or phase completely through a target for a while..
Not to mention they're crap weapons compared to Quirked laser vomit now.

It seems like a ppc bolt will get caught on any piece of terrain anywhere near it, but passes through arm gaps and leg gaps any chance it gets.

they're a great tool for finding flaws in map geometry, though!
but for real, PGI needs to swap the collision boxes for terrain and 'mechs. i've seen PPC bolts collide with empty air once or twice.

Yeah.. it is rather frustrating how the PPC projectile will sail between the legs and under the armpits of the opposition but soon as you try to shoot between the legs of your team it normally collides with the team instead of going through.
'course doesn't help much that the reticule doesn't show that from where the arm mounted with the ppc is positioned either.
Should we suggest having a distance gauge for body and one for the L/R arm mounted weapons if there isn't one already?

Lol, ive unloaded entire volleys into invisible walls time and again....it just doesnt register in my mind that the 10 foot space surrounding every object in this game is an invisible wall. I just cant comprehend how a game dev would release a game with workmanship that damn bad..........and then not seek to fix it after 3 years......

Passes through the front armor, structure, engine...and takes out the rear armor.

I remember that quote from a "certain person," it was kinda foolish...
He didn't seem to account for SRMs working now, but not being OP or outclassing other options. Or the AC/20, or UAC/5, ISERLL, post-buff SPL, etc... It was a pretty dumb quote.
