i seem to be missing reward points for my NA matches but not my EU, anyone else having a problem?2 points in all 3 game modes disappeared since thursday when they showed on the tourney page.

Weird. Mine is very consistent in showing up on the page. Perhaps you got the game modes mixed up?

no, on the 1st day i did 2 of each mode to be ready to do 1 more to activate the premium time, i emailed support and will see how that works out.

From time to time the game server fails to register stuff. This includes everything from hits to mech purchases. It also includes games and contest rewards., XP, C-Bills, statistics, all of it. This becomes more noticeable during contests because you are paying closer attention to your results.

That's the bad news. The good news is that although this happens occasionally with all aspects of the game, it is pretty stable most of the time, and if you fail to receive something important ( like a new mech purchase ) PGI has proven to be pretty good at getting you a fix.

In this contest, I am not sure about my EU server games... but for the NA server I am pretty sure at least some games did not register on the qualifying list. It is also true that there is a delay between the completion of the game and when that game shows up on the qualifying list.

I dont seem to have any missing points, that i can tell
