Who do I ask about disconnects. PGI says I have a disco, but I haven't disconnected or been disconnect from any match since the event began without being destroyed? Is this a usual support item?
Does anyone know?
It would be ****** to be DQed from the event because of a glitch

I have been tormented with disconnects since I started playing MWO

I submitted tickets slowly things have gotten better but they still happen

Had about 3 last week

I have reconnected 6 times in one match
At one point I only got Discos' when I fought the Clan in CW (go figure)

I spent over $200 trying to fix the problem first buying more memory then a second video card

When I look up the word grief in the dictionary I see PGI

I think I will take this weekend off

Getting match scores that high for me don’t seem to likely anyways

This is not just me getting ddc's randomly. This is me playing the match, getting killed, and being hit with a dc AFTER BEING KILLED. ACCORDING TO THE RULES I SHOULD NOT BE CHARGED WITH A DISCONNECT IN THIS EVETN IF I dc AFTER MY MECH IS KILLED. PGI NEEDS TO SORT THIS OUT. I AM NOW AT TWO DC'S AND VERY VERY IRATE.

Yeah... from the looks of this, if this isn't resolved by tomorrow afternoon in my area, I'm going to be looking for another game to play until this event's over.

I confirm this is happening... Just sent a support ticket. I suggest you all do the same and hope it gets fixed by the weekend.

I'm at 5 'Disconnects' already, but not once did I quit before my 'mech was destroyed. I usually only stick around and spectate if the game is close. It seems if you quit too quickly you get nailed with a disconnect.
