I had a match last night where I got 412 match score on a loss, but my PSR moved up.
I was expecting at most to stay equal on a good scoring loss.
Anyone else seeing this? Is this a recent change?

It has been this way from the start. From my experience:
Almost anything + Win: Goes up
Loss > 400: Goes up
400 > Loss > 250: Equal
200> Loss: Goes down
Edit: PSR Info by Paul http://mwomercs.com/...-tiers-and-psr/
Almost anything + Win: Goes up
Loss > 400: Goes up
400 > Loss > 250: Equal
200> Loss: Goes down

As long as you get 401 score or above your PSR goes up in a loss. It has been that way since the beginning.
Your info is faulty.
0-100 = no rise in a Win. You need to earn 101 points to go up in a Win.
As for Loss, its: <101 = large drop, 101-250 = medium drop, 251-400 = stays the same, > 401 = small rise.

This is normal. I've even moved up with a match score of only 348. Do good and you get rewarded with a higher tier. 400+ seems to be the usual demarcation line.

Well good then. Thanks for the clarification.
Good info too on the small vs large drop on a loss too. It would seem an average win increases more than an average loss takes away, so the PSR bar always moves upwards slowly if a player maintains 1:1 w/l or better.
Knowing that, it seems like more about number of games rather than a skill rating. I guess I'm just now catching up to the whole 'upward bias' discussion.
