Can we add another pilot skill bar to the game, <Team Skill Tier> or something of the likes, Mainly because if you can sport a 12 man in quick match you shouldn't be punished with unnecessary tonnage restrictions. Also you know you want to have quarterly seasons which give top % players unique war horns and other various cockpit items!
