I noticed one of the variants comes stock with a ER PPC but has a PPC velocity quirk, so does that quirk cover ER PPC's velocity as well?

Yes mate.

If something has the generic name for a weapon in the quirks, it covers all variants of that weapon:

PPC = PPCs and ERPPCs.
Large Laser = Large Lasers and ER Large Lasers.

If it specifies the variant, then it is only that variant that is affected:

ER PPC = ER PPCs only
ER Large Laser = ER Large Lasers only

If you dont know, Mouse over the weapon in the mech lab and it will tell you exactly what quirks are being applied to it.

LOL. They arent Bad, but I was not totally impressed by the Black Widow's hardpoints. 2 more energy hardpoints would be excellent, but I'm doing....OK running it super stock. NOt topping the damage charts but it certainly gets the job done.

just having no luck at all with mine tonight. luck of the draw i guess but only wins i've got so far are when i bail and take out my fatlas

that's been a large part of my issue....too many derp teams today to tell if the fail is me, them or a mix of both, lol.

Yeah, I've seen a lot of teams today that are so afraid of shooting or being shot that they should be playing Tetris.
