So...Let's go fishin'!
I personally love the new Faction Play game mode...and it shows that smaller matches are not only viable, but extremely fun. I'm just not really into the overall goals of Faction Play all that much, though; The incentives just aren't there, in my opinion.
I would, however, be all over seeing smaller sized matches in Quick Play. 4v4 and 8v8 to be precise. Not only would it make it funner for smaller groups and solo players, it would improve the overall quality of matches and introduce new energy and life into the game.
I know Solaris is coming...but it sounds like that might be dominated by units and try-hards from what I've heard so far. I could be wrong (and would LOVE more details on it) but from the sound of it, it might not be for the casual player.
