Should be removed as a Moduel and relocated as an upgrade, 2500000 C-bills, clear up 1 free slot in the center torso so more can be fitted in the CT's of many Mech's which have hard points yet no space. Of course giving the screen shake reduction aswell!

If I may suggest a mild weight reduction as well, such as a quarter to half ton plus 1 crit space as well to your proposal. The C-Bill price sounds about right.
