Hello, so i run into this issue that each match i have to re assign weapon groups to my mech and every game restart my game settings get reset (video, audio, controls etc.).
Any solution to this? Thank you.

Might be a permissions/where your user profiles are saved thing. Only thing I can think of is try running MWO as administrator.
You can manually edit the weapongroups.xml but it might be a stretch to figure out what mech and weapon is what entry depending on how many mechs you own.
