I recently started using the Kintaro mech and i noticed that part of its animations is quite noticeably broken.
What i'm specifically referring to is its turning animation, during which its armor plates above the hips turn to the wrong direction and quickly snap-back into place, which is both extremely noticeable and visually unappealing.
(It happens when turning the mech both clockwise and anti-clockwise)

No no. Its not broken.
Those are "the hyper venturi plates that shunt power to the transload drivers that allow the mech to turn... it was brought about as a solution in 2809 to address the failure of Delalt manufacturing's shoddy design work after they had won the contract from GM Diversified..."
And presto. Fanfic lore to cover bugs. We didn't even have to retcon it.
