With PGI advancing the timeline to 3062, what does this mean for Clan Smoke Jaguar, which according to the MechWarrior universe, should be annihilated by then, via Operations Bird Dog, Bulldog, and Serpent?

CHH?
Absorbed by CSJ, just like CNC.

You should probably go get yourself a refresh of lore then.
CNC was not absorbed, nor was CHH.
CHH was given three planets from CW in their occupation zone after the annihilation of CSJ.
CNC would join the 2nd Star League and help fight against CSJ, assisting in the annihilation. CSA would call for a Trial of Annihilation against CNC but was voted down, and instead the Clan Council would pass an abjuration. CNC would leave all their holdings in the Kerensky Cluster. They would live in the Draconis Combine realm and support/defend against any attacks.

Now might be a good time for CSJ loyalists to stop wishing for PGI to make faction loyalty matter more in FW....as PGI can bend wishes like a evil genie.
Players asked for there to be some meaningful carrot in remaining a loyalist: PGI proposes skilltree, which as initially presented would have cost mercs a gazillion C-bills to level their IS and Clan Mechs. Loyalists only 1/2 a gazillion...wish granted...
So if we ask that PGI makes faction loyalty "mean something" we might not like what we get.
