I got a fresh ultra rare supply cache, but it still contains only one cockpit item.

Wording on the patch notes is incorrect, we'll update it soon.

The current in-game description of Ultra Rare Supply Cache is "A Supply Cache that can contain 'Mech equipment, currency, and up to two cockpit items."

Sorry for the confusion and thanks for reporting.
