Sorry if this is the wrong section but what is considered a Top-Tier Clan Collection, I want to be eligible for the Marauder mech?

They say at the bottom of each reward in grey. For top tier it looks like 1 collection pack or 2 collector packs.
* Eligible Collections: Wave 1 Masakari Collection; Wave 2 Man-O-War Collection; Wave 3 Gladiator Collection; Origins IIC Highlander Collection.
** Eligible combinations: At least two Collector Packs from any combination of the following Packs: Kodiak; Viper; Night Gyr; Huntsman; Linebacker; Marauder IIC; Supernova; Civil War-Cougar; Civil War-Mad Cat MKII; Civil War: Escalation - Arctic Wolf; Civil War: Escalation - Nova Cat; Piranha, Black Lanner; Sun Spider; Blood Asp; Hellfire; Incubus; Vapor Eagle; or a combination of any 6 Wave 1, Wave 2, IIC Clan Hero 'Mechs, Hero Add-ons, or Reinforcement Add-ons. (for applicable Clan Mech packs)
