Please allow us to still communicate after a match has completed. Leave the scoreboard up, exit button still there but let us:

a. See the final system messages in the game (who got final kill etc.)
b. Allow us to communicate, a lot of relationships could be formed here which would be a positive IMO, also gg messages which everyone likes to see.

Needs an endgame debrief lobby to "GG" and what not.

I would like to aftermath chat too.

It will allow new ones to communicate with more experienced players, discuss match and etc.
