If you hold a leading rank, you have a better chance at being given the privilege to lead and order your fellow clansmen and unit's strategy during our scheduled skirmishes with other Clans and Merc Units.

Scheduled Clan Practices will take place to ensure that members get along. Teamwork is necessary to win. If you don't like your commanding officer, you can always fall under one better suited for you.

Your unit should be the closest team you have. Although there are commanding officers that may, at certain times, form the general strategies you follow, don't feel that you are beneath anyone. You are part of the team, and should have an influence on your commanding officers and fellow MechWarriors.
