left mouse forward, rt mouse reverse, 3 button favourite weapon punch, 4 button specialty weapon, 5 button chainfire same grouping, 6 button rare weapon usage, selected weapon fire usually 2nd punch weapon, or additional rare or chainfire alpha strike with my middle finger on nostromo.
