I currently am dualing AC/2s, but I am going to dual AC/5s in hopes of less heat build up.

That's what I had to do, my five AC/2 ran ridiculously hot after Ghost Heat. Dual AC/2 dual AC/5 sacrifices a little short term DPS, but it's much more heat efficient (even before GH) so it's a decent trade.
