Do to the recent Blackouts across the InnerSphere the Comstar Network has suffered losses mounting to hundreds of millions of C-Bills.

In light of this crisis a well known merc corp known as Word of Lowtax has called together the leaders of many other merc corps in a meeting to discuss the blackouts and ways to overcome them. Many mercenaries are skeptical about the meeting and some wonder if this is simply a ploy to assassinate rival leadership.

The meeting went smoothly with only one disruption near the beginning where one of the unit leaders made an effort to disrupt the meeting but was quickly silenced. The meeting lasted several hours with each Mercenary Leader being able to state the ways the situation could be addressed. Surprisingly, the majority of the leaders agreed about ways to address the blackouts, and how to profit most while communications were down.
