Ahhh man that sux, my bro did something like that, he stuck a shop vac inside his computer, destroyed the cpu fan...

That's never good. Both of the fans eventually died, so I tried to mount the radiator to the wall to blow an external fan on it through the side panel. Screw went through it. Liquid cooler, so it started leaking. Self contained system so it's not a fix and move on thing.

Quality control on patch implementation and documentation of patch iterations needs to improve. The LRM fiasco need not have happened with a more soundly documented development process.
