I am wondering if anyone else has notices this.

Now I'm getting lots of wins. KDR is still stable/going up a bit.

If you had bad win/loss ratio before then your Elo will be low now and thus you are getting easy opponents.

seems consistent with my experience, was 4.2 now 4.3 my win loss is also high at 3.7
I thought the entire purpose of Elo was to give us a 50.50 W/L ratio, or close to it I seem to be having the opposite experience.

It will take time for everyone to reach their "natural" Elo rating. Play more games, they get more matching data.

Honestly though it feels like I am ending up with a bunch of "high or decent Elo" players who then turn out to suck and die without even getting 100 in damage.
Hilariously they are often Founders.

Ever think maybe you are at the lower end of the spectrum?

But honestly, a little less Founder hate please.

I have no idea since I can't see my Elo, but at the same time I figure if I am the only one on my team doing something right it is hard for me to prevail.
I feel like the problem with Elo at the moment(which I assume will be fixed with time) is that many people have inflated Elo from the days of "pug stomping" and if you luck out you end up playing with said players against those that have actually earned their rating.
Especially as a light mech pilot, if three out of four Atlai charge and die in 2 minutes, there isn't really much I can do other than either cap or try to take as many enemies with me as I can.
Also, I am not hating, merely commenting on what I notice.

DISCLAIMER: I know that I am a cheese-DDC-driving, gold, scrub, pug-stomping hacker and this is my karmic fate for cheating so much. EDIT: Also, if I were any good, I should have killed the enemy team with only 288 damage (cockpit: 36hp).

So far Elo seems to be working fine for me, the games are often even and challenging, and generally I meet premades if I am in a premade.

Same, some games I seem to end up with great teammates then I have five rounds where everyone else on my team dies before three minutes have passed.
I mean I am all for self reflection, but I am not sure what I can do about that.
Apart from starting to herd cats...
