Every time I try to join a game I keep getting the same error message (Look at picture) I've tried restarting client and computer, I've also cleared shader folder but still no workaround. My next move is to reinstall the game but I want to make sure there is no fix before I do. Does anyone else have this problem.

re-install or verify game cache <re-install>
its either failing the CRC or just not intializing, you "could" dink around with it and maybe get it to run, but if you want to run it without problems in the future id defintely re-install

btw i put my $ on a mispatched file failing CRC, since there isnt a way to verify game cache or file integreity,.. re-install and melt faces.

Your .pak file/s are corrupt. Follow the link in my signature to correct them, or if you have a fast enough internet connection, do a full install.

If this happens to you regularly, back up your entire installation.
