Change For Assault Mode

I think I am not the only one who is tired of those lame games in assault mode, where people just run to the enemy base to capture it and win a piece of ~#@.

There are a lot of possibles solutions for this, and I want to add mine.

Why don't you make the base can't be captured if the enemy team have more than 4 players alive for the first 10 minutes of the match?

With this, we avoid cap runs and ensure a fight, and we also avoid people hidding the entire game.

Afraid I completely disagree here. Assault mode works just fine. If your team wont work together to protect their base then they deserve to lose if they allow Mech's to slip behind them and cap it while they brawl in the middle. The entire point of Assault is to protect your base, hence the game ending in a win when either the base is captured or one team has no more Mechs.

I think you'll probably prefer one of the new modes of play in the future such as 'Dropship'. From reading around the lines this mode of play will be a battle royal (last team standing) where each player has more than a single Mech to fight with. Once your first Mech is down, you return to the Dropship and fire up your second Mech to join the battle. There may be other variants of Dropship, but I wouldn't be surprised to find one is a simple brawl to the death.
