Always liked the Mad Dog. Would upgrade it with ES for 3 extra tons. 2 tons to max out armor, and another ton for odds and ends.

Never dealt with IS 'mechs much. This game will be a bucket of cold water in my face. Lots of testing to do.

Always been partial to the Summoner and Hellbringer. Not really sure why. Must be the Jade Falcon half of me.

The Hellbringer was my second favorite. Mad Dog was my favorite.

What always annoyed me about the 'lore fluff' with the Hellbringer/Loki was the way it was named by the "inner sphere". "That mech's weaponry loadout is insane!"

No, no it's not. The prime variant is armed exactly like the Warhammer, just with a couple extra medium lasers. And no one called the Warhammer insane.

First: Mad Cat. I love his hard skin, high speed, and awesome armaments. Not to good for close range, but if you change the laser's and ER PPC's something else (AC-10 or 20 for example), it can be really deadly. Ofc, keep the LRM rack's for long range bombarding :D

Second: Uller. Good scout mech, better armour and armaments than the Inner Sphere light mech's in the same weight.

Third: Thor. In good hands, it can be extreamly deadly. Even the basic variant.

For assault mech, the Masakari is a good choice. Not the best, but i would like to try ingame.

They say the Hellbringer's insane because it's settup is like that of the WWII Zero.

The infamous ARCTIC WOLF

Description - Battlemech
Originally conceived as a test-bed for a future OmniMech, the Arctic Wolf BattleMech was produced on Arc-Royal by
Clan Wolf-in-Exile to both bolster the Clan's touman and work out the kinks in production of its Omni-Pod at the same time. Like the Pack Hunter, some materials used in the design were obtained from the Kell Hounds, though the design is Clan-tech in every way that matters. This fast medium 'Mech is designed to close quickly and unleash over forty short-range missiles at an opponent before withdrawing just as quickly. The ten double heat sinks can be overwhelmed, but only if a MechWarrior insists on staying in the fight or going full-tilt for long periods. The Arctic Wolf is protected by six tons of standard armor.

Armament
The design of the Arctic Wolf is simple: get close, unleash a torrent of missiles, and get out. To do this, it is armed with six Type 1 SRM Six-Shooters and two Type 1 Cross-Pattern SRM-4 Launchers. Aiding the accuracy of these missiles is the Tracker Series Narc Missile Beacon. The Arctic Wolf also boasts an impressive four tons of ammunition for its launchers.
