This is not the first time this has happened in a game though. In World of Warcraft, when it first released warlock players complained about the rogue. The rogue was a completely balanced high skill cap class (much more than the warlock) that a large number of the pro players decided to play. Many rogue players were so skilled they could kill a warlock without taking even one point of damage. Blizzard foolishly listened to the warlock players and nerfed the rogue! Hopefully PGI will not listen to the noobs like Blizzard did and with ELO can see they are just better players.

Any player can equip an ECM it is just like deciding to play a Warlock instead of a Rogue. Similarly in counterstrike many lower skill players call the AWP op. In fact many servers have gone so far as to not allow the purchase of the gun!

maybe they got to high elo because they abuse ECM? maybe ECM is so good, the good players know that and thats why they use it. the thing competitive players use always determines what is OP.

What's World of Warcraft? Is that like one of those games you dress up in woman's clothing and dance around in the woods, shouting "magic missile" at each other?

What kind of ****** are you they are only higher ELO because they are abusing the item! I also see your signature you claim to be an ace pilot then list the two most broken mechs in the game.

Well done OP, your post was subtle enough to confuse multiple people into thinking you were serious.
